Nothing really serious. Juz stay back after work, wait for all the officials to go home. Scrap all the classified papers, lock all the cupboards, drawers, cabinets, keep all classified info hidden from view, switch off all the computers, laptops, printers, faxes, blah de lah de blah. By the time, all the officers went home, it was already 8 plus.
But i consider myself quite fortunate, for the next day was Vesak Day, and all the officers were quite eager to go home early, to enjoy their long wkend. If not, i was told that the duty would end at around 9 plus or even 10 plus. Oh well, at least i would use that time to read some books to improve myself.
On my way home, bought a can of coke from a vending machine. HUGE Mistake. The can of coke was freaking hot, not luke-warm hot but hot as in water from water-cooler. To make matters worse, when i open it to drink, the gases juz spill up, almost causing the bloody thing to spill onto my No 3 Uniform.
While at least by the time i reach home, i am still able to catch 1/2 an hr of the Amazing Race 9. After a 'gruelling' day of slacking at work, it is quite enjoyable indeed to be able to sit down and enjoy a gd tv. Next wk is e last ep. Who would win, i m rooting for the hippies.
Went to pay my respect to my great grandmother during Vesak Day. Quite emotional. She spent her last days, slowly dying at my old house. So i m quite attached to her. Being around primary 5 at that time, i was in the most part at home, so i was there when she had her fits of suffering. Oh well, at least she is in a better place now.
Tmr, another day another work. think i got monday blues. oh well, cya all soon. have fun,
