Life so far has been so far so good. Not much stress at work. Insomnia problem has become minor.
Still thinking of her...BUT at least i can sleep now. NO MORE LATE NITES! Hope things will improve soon. Juz do not let me see her again...or else e vicious cycle would continue. Well, still have not found that special someone yet...perhaps i m fated to be lonely all my life :-(
Well, i can console myself by saying that i m not like my friend, another with e surname Tan, who always fall in love with people who are either not interested in him or who r already attached. And the only people who expressed interest in him r guys. Wat a sad, sad life he live! :-) He is admittedly better-looking than me, but yet he has worse luck with girls den i have. Well, perhaps, it's fortunate that only one girl breaks my heart, n not so many girls.
Went for NTU Chinese facuity Interview last mon. Long time never converse 'professionally' in Chinese already. The professors had to calm me down twice. Hope i did not screwed up big time! I feel that i stand a high chance of getting in, if not i would have to consider NIE. Well, being a teacher is my ambition. So both paths are viable by me. Juz hope that i can get into University, so that i can teach at tertiary level, where e students r more 'mature' and 'studious'
Rereading Romance of the Three Kingdoms again. Quite a good book to read, if your Chinese is as powerful as mine, or u would use the cheapo method of reading the comic version. This is a relevant book eve for our modern society, as it still has ideas and concepts which are useful even in today's business world. Also, it teaches valuable lessons and how we should interact wif each other in today's working world.
Found a website which i find is humourous and interesting: www.darwinawards.com It highlights a lot of instances of human stupidity and how the idiotic kills themself. Case in point: two Cambodians drunk like hell, decide to show their 'bravado', challenge themselves to step on an unexploded mine. You can guess wat happen to them.:-) This may seem morbid to some but it is all done in clean harmless fun so try to go to that site and read how idiots kill themself.
2 more days to Good Friday. A public Holiday. A three day break for me. Hope to do all the stuff that i have been planning to do. Mainly finish Chap 3 of my story. Mental block. Dialogue of certain characters, causing a hell lot of problem for me. Hope to upload it soon.
